A CRUISE ON THE MAJESTIC SYMPHONY OF THE SEAS - WHEN SIZE MATTERS
The Symphony of the Seas of Royal Caribbean is a magnificent cruise ship built by Chantiers de l’Atlantique in 2018, the fourth in the Oasis Class, following the Oasis, Allure, and Harmony of the Seas. With a GRT of 228,081 and a maximum double occupancy of 5,518 passengers, the Symphony of the Seas is one of the world's largest cruise ships, boasting an incredible range of onboard amenities and venues.
During my family vacation on board, I was impressed by the Symphony of the Seas' features related to partial and total charters. The ship is ideal for customized events, including presentations, seminars, and workshops.
PLENTY OF ENTERTAINMENT AND DINING OPTIONS
There are plenty of options and activities on the ship which is a destination itself. Due the ultra-large size, there are several venues on the Symphony of the Seas which could be also used for any event . There are a variety of dining options to choose from, including the casual Windjammer buffet and specialty restaurants such as Hooked Seafood, Izumi (Asian), Chops Grill, Jamie’s Italian, Johnny Rockets, Wonderland, and the Vintages Wine Bar, among others.
I enjoyed a Grand Suite with my family, which featured two rooms, a living room, two bathrooms, and a large balcony, giving us access to the Suite Lounge and Coastal Kitchen Restaurant on deck 17 for all our meals, drinks, and happy hours, plus the reserved sun deck (17) with a private bar and complimentary drinks. The Coastal Kitchen exceeded my expectations with a Mediterranean-oriented menu that changed every day and included vegetarian and vegan options.
